It’s been a while since the last instalment in my series on bloating, mainly due to COVID-19 coming into the world and turning all our lives upside down. So before I set that right, let’s recap on what I’ve covered so far.

Jerusalem artichoke soup with sage and flaked almonds

This recipe is taken from Amelia Freer‘s website. I came across it while looking for inspiration on what to do with Jerusalem artichokes. I had wanted to include them in my diet while they were in season this winter as they are such a good source of prebiotic fibre.
